The Youth Enquiry Service provides young people with free up to date information, advice and confidential counselling.

We are there for young people to support them in confidence, therefore we cannot tell you whether your child is using the service unless we have their permission to do so or there is a safeguarding concern.

Any young person under the age of 13 who would like counselling needs parental consent. However what is spoken about in counselling will not be shared with parents unless necessary for safeguarding reasons.
