Are you concerned about a young person?

There is so much going on in today’s world that can create worry for parents or guardians of young people. At YES we are happy to answer your questions and talk through your concerns. We might not always have the answers, but if that is the case we are able to connect with multiple agencies that will be able to help.

Call us on our free phone number: 0800 7350 010
Email: yes@jys.je

A reminder: One question we cannot answer is if  the young person already receives support from us or has in the past. We have an agreement with young people that their contact with us is confidential. The only time we would break confidentiality is when we believe the young person is at risk of harm.

Parent drop-in sessions

On Mondays the Targeted Youth Support team within the Jersey Youth Service are based at the YES project to specifically meet a with parents/carers who want to discuss their concerns about a young person. The Youth Workers can provide information and signposting.
Sessions are ad-hoc so if you are interested in meeting with a Youth Worker from the team email tys@jys.je
