After last year’s musical success with ‘Rock of Ages’ the young actors, singers and musicians from Youth Arts Jersey will take to the stage once again for this year’s production of The Addams Family Musical, another first for Jersey.
With a cast of 20, a live band and a sound and lighting crew all aged between 13 – 19 years old they will be putting on three performances from Tuesday 19th – Thursday 21st June in the wonderful auditorium at St James Centre.
The Addams Family Musical follows the story of Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness who is now all grown up and has a shocking secret that only Gomez knows. She has fallen in love with a sweet young man from a respectable family. With his cherished Morticia in the dark will Gomez manage to keep his daughter’s secret until the two families meet for a fateful dinner with hilarious consequences? Join them, plus uncle Fester, Lurch, Pugsley and more for this heart-warming story of love, family and friendship…..with a twist!!
