World Kindness Day 2019
Today (13th November) is World Kindness Day!!
Acts of kindness have the potential of making the world a happier place. Try to reflect and keep track of times that you have been kind to others and when others have been kind to you and take note of how it makes you feel. Showing gratitude is a great way to help your own well-being.
As much as it is important to demonstrate acts of kindness to strangers, to friends and family; it is also important to be kind to yourself, as we can often forget about our own well-being when concentrating on that of others.
